Richard Hoffman Public Relations is a full-service firm focusing on public relations for corporate and entertainment clients.

Richard Hoffman began his career in television development and production.  After positions as a casting assistant and a game show contestant coordinator, Hoffman then became Director of Creative Affairs at Marian Rees & Associates, where he worked on five Emmy award winning “Hallmark Hall of Fame” telefilms.  At Hanna-Barbera Productions, during his tenure as Director of Television Development, he was Executive in Charge of Production for numerous projects including the CBS series, “Fish Police,” and the ABC telefilm, “The Flintstones” and was involved in such arenas as development, production, marketing and merchandising.

Hoffman then segued into public relations and worked with legendary publicist Warren Cowan for over 15 years.  As Executive Vice President of Warren Cowan & Associates, Hoffman was responsible for the development and implementation of national public relations campaigns. Cowan & Associates closed in June, 2008 and Hoffman established his own firm, Richard Hoffman Public Relations with offices in Los Angeles and Palm Springs, representing a diversity of clients in both the entertainment and corporate arena. Clients, projects and events during Hoffman’s public relations career have included Elizabeth Taylor, Liza Minnelli, American Idol winner Taylor Hicks, CCH Pounder, Mariette Hartley, Michael O’Neill, Dean Jones, Sandi Patty, Batjac Productions’ John Wayne DVD releases, Jenny Craig Inc., Elizabeth Taylor Fragrances, The Elizabeth Taylor Doll Collection, the Starkey Hearing Foundation, Dr. Albert Starr, The American Friends of The Hebrew University, John McLaughlin, Jack Valenti and the MPAA, Koo Koo Roo, MGM’s FX show, Cyd Charisse, Pierre Cossette, Gene Kelly, David Hasselhoff and Mary Lou Retton.
